a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." This is the starting point. With this topic, we will explore what is Excel, its usages & applications. To start Excel & navigate the tool bar. Also, demonstrating how to create & edit workbooks & worksheets.
Basic Cells Formatting
With this we will add a touch of art to the Excel cells. To generate visually appealing sheets that are easy to understand & follow. To explore the most used & famous formatting features: font formatting , number formatting, date & time formatting & finally how to add & edit boarders.
Sorting and Filtering of Data
An amazing agile techniques. We will learn how to sort the data into alphabetical, numerical or date order. Also, move a bit more advanced to explore using multiple & custom sorting. Finally, with a focused look at the data, a quick technique to filter only the data you want to show.
Using Basic Excel Functions
To explore the most widely used & useful Excel Functions. This includes, but not limited to: • Using & editing the (SUM) function
• Using & editing the (AVERAGE) function
• Using & editing the (MAX) function
• Using & editing the (MIN) function

Conditional Formatting & Starting with Charts Creation
To explore the quickest way for data visualization, by using the conditional formatting, including: color scales & icon sets. Then to move to a bit advanced way of data visualization by using Excel charts. We will explore the following: • Exploring most useable chart types
• How to insert a chart to visualize a data set
• Choosing the best chart type & change
