Key Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course, leaders should understand and be able to do the following:
- Understand what Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Web 3.0 is. - Develop the ability to analyze and respond to Blockchain opportunities and challenges - Determine the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) to participate in a Blockchain related initiative - Determine the minimum constraints a Blockchain related initiative must attain to be feasible - Present Blockchain related initiatives effectively, both orally and in writing, which respond to key stakeholder concerns.
Supplemental Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course, leaders should understand and be able to do the following: 1. Assess new product ideas quickly and develop them to fit the market environment
2. Negotiate with key stakeholders to set the terms and conditions of proposed Blockchain related initiative
3. Reflect on ethical dilemmas occasionally faced by business leaders, and benchmark ethical and socially-responsible behavior
4. Understand the differences between need, demand, and profitable demand to determine the economic viability of a proposed Blockchain related offering;
5. Understand the risks and rewards faced by leaders exploring Blockchain related initiatives.
